Fridays...I'm really disappointed in you.Saturday night we went out for a casual bite at Towne Center restaurant in Mesquite, Texas to eat and it was a TRAIN WRECK.Where do I begin...Dirty, grimy glassesWrong order not once but TWICE.Got seated, ordered and still waited in excess of 20 minutes while we watched others who came in after us get served. ( this happened about four times)Dirty glass with chap stick impression of lips. (This was seen after had drank from it..disgusting)Cold food that was hard and not appetizing at all.Inattentive wait staff that kept forgetting our orders.Btw all we had was endless apps.Sadly this was not a good representation of the Fridays brand, and it literally put a bad taste in our mouths. Fridays, I know you can do better cause I've seen and experienced better from you.

Worst service I've ever gotten here. We were seated on a slow businesses night. Sat at our booth for 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order, as we watched over a dozen waiters meander around with nothing to do. We were literally about to get up and walk out when the waiter finally approached our table. It was also painfully obvious that our waiter was new and didn't know what he was doing, and as a manager in the food/ beverage service industry myself, I am baffled as to why no other employee or supervisor can seem lend a hand or coach a new person who is not able to help deliver a good customer experience.

Service was bad. Had to TELL waitress to fill drinks. Food was meh. Won't be going back. Especially with ALL the other restaurants that are next door which are 💯 better. At everything.

I rarely have bad experiences at restaurants but I have to say this was the worst I've ever dealt with. Had a group of 7, took nearly 25 minutes to be seated, 10 to get drinks and orders taken, and the food took 30 minutes to come out. The place was practically empty so don't understand how and why service took as long as it did. As a food service worker, it was atrocious to be the way it was. On the plus side, the food was good. Afterwards we got our checks and found out that we were charged differently and ended up paying each other's foods. We sat there for a good 30 minutes, waiting for corrections to be made. I have to say, I will never be returning to this establishment again.

The food was amazing, nice, hot, and fresh! The waitress was amazing as well great customer service!

We came here to have dinner on a Tuesday after 6 pm, the place was not crowded and were taken quick to a booth, service was ok, waiter forgot to refill our drinks and we ate with little ice in our cups, food came quick and it was nicely cooked. Restrooms were ok clean, the place overall is clean but it really needs an update, looks old and not very well maintained.

Food was good, our waitress Tiffany was amazing and gave us best suggestions. She is really personable which made the whole experience very nice. The only reason I gave 4 star was because of the atmosphere. It's kind of old and certain parts of the restaurant smells!! More of a sewage smell!! I had to move to a different table because of that. Try aviation and June bug drinks. They were phenomenal! Food was good and affordable.. definitely recommend, but don't site next to the wall other than that it was great.

Horrible service today they had me and my family wait a hour and half and I received a piece of rubber for a steak. The price on menu was 12.99 but they charged me 14.99 I told server he says they don't discount it anymore. I was confused because menu said 12.99 not no discount. So I ask for manager, I tried to tell her how horrible the steak was and the service. She thought she was using reverse sociology on me by printing two receipts and quickly showing them but they both had same amount. I will be reaching out more on this one but until then I don't think no one should eat here if they are falsifying the menu

We were happy and full when we left. We went right as they opened and our server was really nice. He helped my mom choose something to eat and even laughed at her corny jokes. We'll definitely be going back.

Used to be one of my favorite places. The waiter seemed rather new. He did ok. Several items that were on the menu were not available. The rum punch was tasty. Food was soso.

For the few locations left in the Dallas area, we were excited to be here. We tried the $5 drinks and they were okay. Took a while to be served with only 1 waitress in the bar area and it got busy after our arrival. Unfortunately we weren't able to eat a meal because when the waitress finally returned (20 mins later) we decided to leave.

Hi this is SEY IT with UP with Life Blog where do I start it was a late meal so i was thinking cool as as advertised apps WRONG the place was empty 4 customers including myself yet the bartender/waitress was Busy to get the app deal to get the free appetizer/ dessert is only applicable to the next No Thanks wont be coming back. Didnt see waitress/bartender until the drink (long island) was almost gone which i gave it a 4 for a $2 ppl dont mind paying for alcohol customer service is bad the food was a 4 this indeed was a cheap eat night so if ur just getting off from work n tired n looking for someone to say hi how may i help keep going this not the place go home n cook but in all $7 meal with alcohol🤪 good burger m fries but NOT to make me come back🧐🤔

I enjoy my visit every time I attend this facility. This establishment is clean, and the waitress was friendly, fast, and efficient. When we were going to leave. The manager held the door open for us, and he thanked us for our business. Keep up the good work. 😊😊😊

As we walked it, we were greet ever so friendly. Food was great, tasted really good and at the right temperature. The waitress was friendly and we didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. Place was clean, restroom was clean as well. We even tried the meatless burger and it tasted really good 😁

Sever was not good messed the order up tried to blame the kitchen after she basically insulted my friend telling her did she forget what she ordered. When the whole time she did even after repeating it back. Then we would have to ask for a refill on our tea. To top it off the food was not good at all. The sauce tasted old as it had been sitting there. Was not greasy at all. No wonder why there was no wait because no one eats there. Won’t be going back

Came here for lunch & ordered a steak entree. Unfortunately it tasted terrible & was sent back. I ordered a cheeseburger entree & it was good. Good Customer service as well. This was one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Its lost it crowd & food quality. Sorry to hear it will be closing down in a year or so.

Worst eating experience in a long time. The restaurant was nasty. The table was sticky. The servers were not professional in any capacity and they were slow. The food was substandard at best. The management was nonexistent. I suspect that this place will be out of business soon.

My friend and I did not have a good experience eating here. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by our waitress. She took at least 25 minutes to bring out our drinks. Our meal was brought out but was a bit on the colder side. Didn't complain just tried to eat. I ordered the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. It didn't have flavor. it was gross. our waitress not once came to refill our drinks. we were there for an hour and not once did she come to our table. She finally comes and just hands us the bill and leaves. took her another 25 minutes to come back with my friends card. We were very disappointed with the restaurant.

Our waitress was wonderful and sweet. The restaurant itself. It felt like they had some problems going on long waits For food we had to move because there was an awful smell Where we were sitting . I would never go back to that location.

Good service but the place smelled like a mix between old wet kitchen towels and sewage. The menus were sticky too. I feel bad because the staff read great

It took a long time for everything, but that's okay because we actually went on a Friday night. It seems small on the inside, but it's not small, it's an illusion. We got the endless apps and two side salads, the kid got Mac and Cheese and tenders. It was a friendly enough place. Food was pretty good. It seemed like a place that younger people would enjoy on the weekends. They had lively music. Staff was friendly. Restrooms were clean. Accessible parking, ramps, etc...

I had the BBQ Chicken salad. Delicious! BBQ Chicken was tender & cooked to perfection. Salad was generous with great greens & Romane with fresh, crunchy cucumber, corn, black beans, bits of red onion, tomato & dressing is perfect compliment, topped with crisp onion sticks. Had balance of salad for dinner.😋Hubby had a regular hamburger & fries. One Happy Hubby. Burger was prepared as requested & fries were really good. Brought part of burger home for 🐶🐶 treat.Service was some of the best we have in some time.

Food good. Service was ok. Sandwiches weren't prepared as ordered but they comp 1 sandwich.

The food was amazing!!! I had the dragon glazed salmon and it was very good. The environment was very pleasant and the service was wonderful.

The spinach dip and fried green beans are delicious! Great service. Good food!
